One of my key goals with this product is to embrace the Zero Support model, creating a tool that’s intuitive and easy to use. While I enjoy connecting with you and answering your emails, I’m always thinking about how to improve the product so you don’t need to reach out in the first place.
The most common support issue I encounter is related to product restrictions. Either a user accidentally sets restrictions that would remove all products, or you all are wondering why specific UPCs or brands aren’t appearing on the site. I know this area must have room for improvement due to the frequency of questions in this area.
I’ve been putting a lot of thought into how I can improve the product restriction section to be more intuitive and user-friendly. I’m coming up blank at the moment.
